St. Therese of Lisieux is still working her miracles of love. She is so amazing as she continues to fullfil her dying vow to come down and save souls! This author is amazed at the stories she hears as she discusses her new book Communion of Saints Inspired by St. Therese with persons who share her love and devotion to this beautiful Carmelite nun.
Writing Communion of Saints was an exciting experience filled with miracles - the ultimate being the timing of the book. It finished on Christmas Eve and was published on St. Therese's birthday 1/2/12. 139 years after her birth - she continues to commune with those who will listen.
Anyone who knows St. Therese has a story and it would be nice to hear more of them. You are invited to share your story about this devoted saint on my blog page - as a tribute to her continuing work in the world.

In 1993 I became pregnant with my 4th child. 8 weeks into the pregnancy I began bleeding and an ultra sound revealed that there was more blood in the sac then fluid. Doctors strongly recommended that I terminate the pregnancy because the trauma caused to the baby would surely result in severe mental and physical handicapps. I said no as long as their was a beating heart. I said the noveana to St. Therese faithfully and never told a soul about my prayers. One day my daughter asked for money for ice cream. 10 minutes later instead of bringing home ice cream, she brought home the most beautiful red rose, I have ever seen. She said the lady in my head told me to buy this for you instead of ice cream. I knew then and there that my baby would be fine. He was born healthy and today is an outstanding young man. I will thank St. Therese everyday for the rest of my life.
